Job Descriptions:

Reception: 

  • Handling of phone calls
  • Guest relation at Front office
  • News paper / periodicals updation
  • Flower arrangements(if any) 

Administrative:

  • Ensuring the upkeep of the reception area in coordination with HK team 
  • EPABX Maintenance - coordination with vendor for AMC
  • Booking of meeting rooms 
  • Arranging the conference calls
  • Distribution of inward couriers and maintaining the data 
  • Processing of landline invoices with payment confirmation, Records to be maintained 
HR:     
  • Attendance Records - to download & prepare attendance data on daily basis
  • Sending the reports to HR manager on monthly basis 
  • Arranging and managing monthly B' Day  & festival celebrations
  • Distribution and courier of B' Day and  anniversary gifts                                                                                                                                                                                                                        
                                                                                                      

Job Requirement

  • Location: Delhi (Head Office)
  • Relevant Experience: 0 – 5 years
  • Min Qualification- Graduate
