Job Profile

Job Objective : Managing the whole Accounts receivable function from booking till collection. reduction in number of DSO day.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Daily collection reports
  • Timely accounting of all collections received  
  • Accuracy in calculation of additional discount JV 
  • Monitoring Cash and Advance deposit scheme implementation and subsequent accounting                                   
  • Calculation of DSO
  • Reduction of DSO days                        
  • Timely collection for working capital management  
  • Legal cases follow up                            
  • Customer meetings                              
  • Reconciliation  
  • Analysis of inventory                            
  • Documentation and right invoicing
  • Term letter arrangement and follow up
  • Provision of debtors
  • Audit(Internal/External)
  • Various MIS    
  • Royalty calculation and disbursement                           

Job Requirement

Relevant Experience: 3 – 5 years

NOTE :- 
Any other additional responsibility could be assigned to the role holder from time to time as a standalone project or regular work. The same would be suitably represented in the Primary responsibilities and agreed between the incumbent and competent authority
