Saurabh is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants with over 14 years experience working in the Corporate sector across diverse segments, from the automobile manufacturing (an Indo- Japanese Joint Venture) industry to FMCG (Milk Based Products). As CFO, Mr. Mittal has overseen Group financial restructuring, de-merger, strategic investments, joint venture structuring, financial planning, budgeting, statutory compliance and secretarial matters. He has worked on best accounting and reporting practices under Indian and US GAAP, SEBI, FEMA and other statutory compliances. Under his guidance, the company has been rated by Credit Agencies, Banks, Financial Institutions and Markets for various instruments. Saurabh has contributed significantly in group's transformation from a family business to a corporate house.
