S. Chand’s ICSE Mathematics is structured according to the latest syllabus as per the new CISCE(Council for the Indian School Certificate Examinations), New Delhi.
1. To facilitate easy and quick understanding, each unit has been divided into smaller sub-units followed by appropriate solved examples and practice exercises.
2. The book contains a large number of illustrative solved examples dealing with all types of sums.
3. Exercises for Self-practice and Revision given at the end of each chapter contain the latest ICSE questions. This, it is hoped, will not only help the students to revise the whole chapter but also familiarise them with the types of questions set in the Council's examination paper and hone their problem-solving skills.
4. Latest examination question papers are also given at the end of the book.
