She is an active researcher, currently working at La Jolla Institute for Allergy and Immunology, La Jolla, California, USA. She has taught microbiology at Rasmussen College and has worked as a Postdoctoral Research Associate at University of Minnesota, USA. She holds a doctorate from Postgraduate Institute of Medical Education and Research, Chandigarh and is a Life Member of Association of Microbiologists of India; Indian Science Congress Association; and has close Association with many academic societies.
Dr. Kirti Kaushik is recipient of multiple academic awards and has delivered invited talks at national and international conferences/ Universities. She is a prolific writer and has published many research papers in prestigious national and international journals.
