He worked as Associate Professor in Shri Ram College of Commerce, University of Delhi. A postgraduate in Commerce with first class, and a merit holder from the University of Allahabad, Dr Gopal Ji obtained his doctorate from the University of Delhi. He taught at the University of Delhi for 44 years. His other areas of interest are Direct Taxes and Human Resources. Author of several books on HR and the Indian Economy, Dr Gopal Ji has presented several papers in international conferences held in France, Singapore, Ireland, Romania, Finland, and Nepal. He has been a Visiting Professor to SHMS, Switzerland.
