He is a consultant in the field of culinary concepts, menu planning and market feasibility reports. A renowned academician, he has been with the woodlands College of Hotel Management as a senior lecturer for the last six years. Until recently he was the Vice-Principal and Hotel Consultant for the Sambhram Group of Hotels and Resorts, Bangalore. Besides holding a graduate degree in Hotel Management and a Masters degree in Tourism Management. He is also the author of ';Food Production an Analysis' and ';Food Production an Analysis Supplementary.
