He, Ph. D., is an Associate Professor in Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering at The NorthCap University (formerly ITM University), Gurugram, Haryana. He obtained his Bachelor's, Master's and Ph.D. degree from University of Lucknow. His major research interests are theoretical and experimental engineering geology, site reinforcement methods and geosynthetic engineering, building materials, Hydrology, Remote Sensing and GIS. He has successfully completed a number of sponsored research projects funded by government agencies and private sectors. Dr. Misra has published over thirty five technical papers in international refereed journals and international conferences.
