He is currently working as Professor and Vice Principal of CMR College of Engineering & Technology, Hyderabad. Formerly he was Professor and Head of ECE departments at several Engineering Colleges in Hyderabad. He has served at the rank of Wing Commander in the branch of Aeronautical Engineering (Electronics) of Indian Air Force. He served several defence organisations such as Air Force Technical College Bangalore, Air Force Academy Hyderabad, Aeronautical Development Establishment Bangalore and DLRL Hyderabad. He is A Fellow member of IETE and ISTE.
