They are currently working as Associate Professions of Economics, Sri Sarada College for Women, Salem, Tamil Nadu. They have put in 16 years of service each and enthusiastically indulging in research work by guiding scholars leading to M. Phil and Ph.D. they have to their credit many research papers published in reputed journals, edited books and two minor research projects. Contribution to this book is a maiden attempt made by them.
