Mahesh Kumar Bairwa, MSc and BSc in hotel management, has been the alumni of Institute of Hotel Management, Jaipur (Rajasthan). He is currently working as a faculty member at the Institute of Hotel Management, Jodhpur. He has more than nine years of experience in prominent hotels and the teaching industry. He has a postgraduate diploma in business management (PGDBM) from IGNOU, a certificate course in Food Science and Nutrition (CFN) from IGNOU, and a certificate in direct trainers skills (DTS). He is a member of the Society of Indian Bakers (SIB) and Rajasthan Chefs Association.
