She joined Vel Tech University as Professor and  is currently  Dean and PGP Chair at Vel Tech Institute of Management (VtIM), Vel Tech Dr RR & Dr SR Technical University, Chennai, India. She had received the MBA and Ph D Degree from Bundelkhand University (2003), Uttar Pradesh and is alumni of Allahabad University.
