He has worked as lecturer in Phyiscs in S.V.R.M College, Nagaram, Guntur (Dt) for 10 years, then in P.B Siddartha College, Vijayawada for 3 years and A.M.A.L college, Anakapalle, Visakhapatnam (Dt) for 24 years before retiring. He has obtained his undergraduate degree from Andhra Loyola College, Vijayawada. He obtained his M.Sc degree with specialization in electronics from S.S.L Jain College, Vidisha, M.P and his M.phil from University of Hyderabad, Hyderabad. He taught both physics and electronics during his career. During his service he has given guidance to many degree colleges in their establishment and development of their physics laboratories. He has acted chairman, Board of studies (Physics), Andhra University, Visakhapatnam, A.P. He was member of board of studies (Physics) of St. Joesph's College, Visakhapatnam. Presently he has started his own coaching institute Nagabhairva academy to train students for NEET, IIT-JEE at undergraduate level.
