Samir Kumar, Educator, Career Counsellor & Movator, is the founder of Dight Foundaon and Dight School of Banking in Assam. He bears a good academic background. He started his journey in 1999 as a Math, Reasoning and G.S. Teacher. He completed graduaon in 2005 with Commerce. He started his journey with CRPF- (AIR 14th) in 2006; EPFO- SSA (2nd State Rank, Gen) in 2009; PO Bank of India, Vijaya Bank and United Bank of India - (AIR 11th) in 2011. In 2015, he resigned as a Branch Manager of the bank.
In 23 years of teaching, he has helped thousands of students get jobs in different sectors like Bank, Railway,
Insurance and other Central and State Governments. Mr. Samir is a well-known quizmaster of Assam and Bihar.
He is passionate about teaching and has conducted 14 hours and 20 hours marathon classes for Assam Govt. job (a state record as per the Assam records book, 2021).
