Currently, Professor and Dean(Research) at the Birla Institute of Management Technology(BIMTECH). Has a PhD degree in Economics from the University College of Wales, UK. Has completed more than a dozen research projects, sponsored by UGC, MHRD, UNESCO, the World Bank and the governments of Nagaland, Punjab and Madhya Pradesh. Was an AICTE Emeritus Fellow and has taught at various European Universities.
