She obtained her BSc and MSc in Physics from Tumkur University. She was associated as Lecturer with Vidyavahini PU College, Tumakuru and Siddaganga Institute of Technology, Tumakuru. She has taught subjects such as Physics and Engineering Physics. Currently, Shubha is a Research Scholar, pursuing PhD at Department of Physics, Siddaganga Institute of Technology, Tumakuru. She has published four research articles in reputed international journals and has participated/ presented several research papers in international/national conferences. Shubha is a life member of the Indian Carbon Society (ICS), India. Her area of research interest is preparation and characterisation of graphene-based polymer nanocomposites for various applications.
