This book has been designed to meet the needs of First Semester students for Ranchi University and other Universities in Jharkhand under the recommended National Education Policy 2020. It comprehensively covers the value added course, namely, 'Health & Wellness, Yoga Education, Sports and Fitness'. This book uses a simple language to give systematic introduction and explanation to all the chapters of the syllabus.
